What is Structural Integration?

Structural Integration is a hands-on bodywork method applied over a series of 5 core sessions, each designed to unwind tension patterns in the horse's body, layer by layer, to effect a total body transformation.

To learn more about the core 5 sessions, see About The Series.

It's Holistic

Structural Integration focuses on healing and rebalancing the whole horse. Rather than focusing on one or two problem areas, we evaluate and rebalance the entire body.

It's Science-Based

The unique techniques we use are developed from principles of Applied Kinesiology and scientific research into how the body's connective tissue functions and responds to injury and stress.

It's Transformative

By manipulating the body's connective tissue, Structural Integration brings about profound changes in the structure of a horse's body. Whether by releasing tensions or correcting old postural habits, Structural Integration frees horses to move and feel their very best.

It's Lasting

One of the amazing benefits of Structural Integration is that creating healthier posture and movement patterns in the horse's body allows the positive changes to last over time.

Is Structural Integration Right for My Horse?

Structural Integration is a gentle, albeit powerful bodywork method that is suitable for horses at every activity level and stage of life.

Bodywork is fast becoming an essential part of routine care for many horses.

Regular bodywork can yield numerous benefits for your horse, from freeing muscle tension to improving movement, performance and overall wellbeing.

As prey animals, horses often hide injuries until they become too severe to conceal. Bodywork can uncover early warning signs that something isn't quite right with your horse.*
